I have two sons who are heavily influence by internet. So, I want to encourage them to go for more outdoor activities. I went to the nearby shop to buy the best tent, hoping to make good use of it. Together with the kids, I drafted the plan and preparation needed for a riverside camp. That day, we set up the tent in a strategic area and started enjoying ourselves. I brought along my father’s rods and taught the kids fishing by the river. We even had a camp fire gathering and story-telling at night before going slumber. The next day, we packed up and cleaned the place. I could see that the kids learnt a lot from this trip and had plenty of fun. This will certainly help them stay away from the NEET culture.
