How Long To Run for Triathlon Training?
What I’m going to do here in this post is tell you about some beginner triathlon training techniques that you can use to get you in the best shape of your life get you prepared for that triathlon that you want to compete it. This is a 13 week plan that basically involves the following: only use this if you can consistently run for 30 minutes, swim for 30 minutes, and bike for 40 minutes. You want your minimum bike to be no less than 15 minutes and no more than 55 minutes. You want your minimum running to be no less than 15 but no more than an hour.
