The Perfect Golf Swing Calls for a Perfect Balance
Golfers who are known for their perfect golf swings all have a thing in common – perfect balance.
So how does a golf swing get affected by balance?
First, the foundation. A stable ground to stand on will make your swing accurate in such a way that every shot contains the sufficient energy. Like every sport, a perfect “send off” calls for a specific stance. In golf, both legs should have an equivalent weight distribution but make sure your legs are relaxed while doing so.
Second, the flow. There is approximately 75% exchange of weight from one side to the other. Smooth golf swings from left to right (or vice versa) will result to a more consistent shot.
